What’s a book you never finished but still think about?

Anna Karenina… When I realized Tolstoy decided to kill the protagonist in the middle of the story I just closed the book and never looked back. However, it still haunts me from the shelve, staring at me. Every time I pass by it, I feel like it’s saying, in a very reproachful tone: “When are you going to finish reading me?”.
